PLANS & ACTIVITIES
A Grand Welcome - Kick off the reunion with a Meet & Greet where we’ll reunite, share stories, and get to know the next generation of our family. There will be light refreshments, icebreakers, and plenty of hugs to go around!
Family Picnic in Pelham Bay Park - Enjoy a relaxing afternoon filled with food, games, and good tunes in one of the BEST parks in the greatest city in the world! Bring your competitive spirit for friendly family games, storytelling, and a walk through the beautiful scenery of Pelham Bay.
Explore the City Together - For those who want to see the sights, feel free to enjoy group excursions to Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, and the Empire State Building. Take in the breathtaking views, snap some amazing photos, and experience NYC’s vibrancy.
The Cookout - The highlight of our reunion will be The Ward Family buffet, where we’ll gather for a delicious lunch/dinner, honor our family’s history, and enjoy an evening of entertainment, music, and fun. Expect heartfelt connections, special personal reunions, and a chance to dance the night away!
Fun for All Ages - From Broadway shows to museums, there will be plenty of options for families, kids, and history lovers. We’re also planning a Kids' Corner with fun activities and a Family Storytelling Hour where our elders can share their wisdom and experiences.

We will provide a list of local convenient hotels in NYC! Stay close to all the action and enjoy AAA, AARP and other exclusive commercial discounts. You must book reservations DIRECTLY with the hotel. Be sure to call well in advance.

RSVP & REGISTER FOR REUNION
Let us know you’re coming! RSVP by Tuesday March 31st so we can plan accordingly. Be sure to select your meal preferences, highlight any dietary restrictions and let us be aware of your t-shirt sizes. Also register for all Excursions in advance.
CHARTER BUS TRANSPORTATION
We will be reserving (2) Charter Buses leaving from a central location in MARYLAND to service those family members in DC, MD & VA. This convenience will be provided at a nominal fee in order to assist those who are not driving. Reservation and Fees will be required.
